Simply browse our collection, add your favorites to your cart, and check out securely. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

📦 When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Since we work with multiple indie brands, your order may arrive in separate packages.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We’re working on it! Right now, Velour ships within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon.

💌 Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us at wearevelourhelp@gmail.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
